This is Kavitha and I’m an Internationally certified Corporate Trainer and a Goal setting Coach.

A little bit about me Born and brought up in Chennai, studied in a convent , Completed MBA in hospital management from Anna University.
What did I do? I have worked as a customer support executive, did up-selling and cross-selling, have done communication coaching, was a product and process trainer, handled call quality audits , worked as an assistant professor in a Business school and now Heading the Training, coaching and content development team (TCC) at Indian Leadership Academy.
So how long is my total work experience: 10 Years.
Do I have any certifications? CCE from ICF. Certified International trainer and Coach. Certified Behavioral skills Trainer. Certified Corporate Trainer and Coach. Certified by ICF, ISO, Skill Central UK, GAAFS USA and Indian Leadership Academy, Six Sigma green belt. From AUTVS-CQM (Anna University and TVS group of companies-Centre for Quality Management)
Domains I’ve worked in: Accounting Software, Banking, Telecom and Database creation.
what did I Teach? Organizational behavior, production management, Corporate Communications and Human Resources Management.
I’m also a Rotarian: I belong to Rotary Club of Pondicherry eves (an all women Club) and I was the club Secretary for the year 2015-16.
